At VirtualVault AI Video Builder, we want customers to understand the platform before purchasing while also protecting the substantial API, AI-generation, storage, and computing costs incurred when videos are created.
We provide demonstration videos showing VirtualVault’s features, workflow, and expected output.
We strongly recommend reviewing the available demonstrations, product information, plan limits, and feature descriptions before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for confirming that the platform is suitable for their intended use.
You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date, provided your account remains within the usage limits described below.
The 14-day guarantee is intended to give customers a reasonable opportunity to evaluate the platform. It is not intended to provide unrestricted or extensive use of VirtualVault’s paid AI-generation and computing resources.
To remain eligible for a refund, your account must not have generated more than:
Three long-form videos, where each video is longer than 60 seconds; or
Five short-form videos, where each video is 60 seconds or shorter.
Where both video types have been generated:
Each completed long-form video counts as two usage units.
Each completed short-form video counts as one usage unit.
The account must not exceed six total usage units.
The separate limits of three long-form videos and five short-form videos also continue to apply.
For example:
Three long-form videos equal six usage units.
Two long-form videos and two short-form videos equal six usage units.
One long-form video and four short-form videos equal six usage units.
Three long-form videos and one short-form video exceed the permitted usage and are not eligible for a refund.
A video counts toward the refund usage limit when a complete video-generation or rendering request successfully produces an output that is made available in the customer’s projects.
A completed video will still count if it is:
Not downloaded or exported;
Not published;
Subsequently deleted; or
No longer required by the customer.
A generation that fails to produce a usable completed video will not normally count toward the limit. Regenerating an individual image, scene, voiceover, or other element within an existing project does not count as a separate video unless a new complete video output is generated.
VirtualVault’s internal account, generation, and rendering records will be used to determine usage, subject to correction where there is a clear technical or recording error.

Refund Request
Please include:
The email address associated with your VirtualVault account;
Your order number or payment reference;
The plan purchased;
The date of purchase; and
A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund.
We may request additional information, screenshots, or project details when reasonably necessary to verify the request or investigate a reported technical problem.
Refund requests must be received within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method. We aim to review refund requests within two business days, although additional processing time may be required by the payment provider, card issuer, or bank.
Once a refund is approved:
Access to the refunded plan will be terminated;
Remaining credits, bonuses, and unused benefits associated with the purchase will be cancelled;
Projects or generated assets stored within the account may become inaccessible; and
Any lifetime or promotional pricing associated with the refunded purchase will be permanently forfeited.
A refund will generally not be provided when:
The request is submitted more than 14 calendar days after purchase;
The account has exceeded the applicable video-generation or mixed-usage limits;
The customer purchased the product without reviewing the clearly available product information or demonstration and later decided that the product does not meet a preference that was not advertised;
The account has been suspended or terminated for fraud, misuse, abuse, unauthorised sharing, or violation of VirtualVault’s Terms of Service;
A customer has used the platform primarily to complete projects before requesting a refund;
The request relates to a recurring subscription renewal rather than the original subscription purchase;
The request relates to used credit packs, add-ons, upgrades, custom services, or other separately purchased resources; or
The customer requests a partial refund for an unused portion of a subscription, plan, credit allocation, or service period.
Duplicate or clearly unauthorised charges may be reviewed separately and are not subject to the ordinary usage limits in this policy.
Customers experiencing a technical problem should contact support as soon as possible and provide sufficient information for the issue to be investigated.
VirtualVault may attempt to troubleshoot, repair, regenerate, or otherwise resolve a verified technical issue before determining whether a refund is appropriate. This does not extend the 14-day refund-request period unless VirtualVault confirms an extension in writing.
VirtualVault may update this Refund Policy periodically. The policy displayed at the time of the customer’s purchase will ordinarily apply to that purchase, unless a later policy provides more favourable terms or applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or overrides any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
By purchasing a VirtualVault AI Video Builder plan, subscription, credit pack, add-on, or related service, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted this Refund Policy.
